DECIMAL STUDIOS
BASINGSTOKE, HAMPSHIRE
Decimal Studios has been owned and operated by Chris Coulter since 2010. The studio premises moved from London to Basingstoke in 2019 and provides editing, mixing and mastering services.
Decimal is running the latest Pro Tools with Universal Audio interfaces and KRK monitoring with a small selection of outboard gear from Neve, Warm Audio, Kemper and Korg.
THE ARCH RECORDING STUDIO

A fully equipped 2,500sq ft studio provides artists with a generously sized all-in-one space to mix, make and create music. Its multi-purpose use is capable of accommodating all of your needs and it is packed with high quality equipment. Not only is the space visually stunning, but its flexibility to explore tailored and bespoke recording requirements distinguishes The Arch from other studios. Natural daylight pours in to accentuate every corner of this stunning space and floods it with light. Lovingly restored with original features, the space is both contemporary and classic in equal measure.

BIG JELLY RECORDING STUDIOS
RAMSGATe, KENT
Big Jelly Studios is housed in a recently converted Methodist Chapel.
Located right on the Kent Coast, Thanet is enjoying a huge renaissance as musicians, producers and artists move to the area in search of ways of maintaining a creative lifestyle. The live room boasts a 10 ft Elysian Concert Grand Piano, Hammond C3 with Leslie, Fender Rhodes and much more (see equipment list).

THE RANCH PRODUCTION HOUSE
SOUTHAMPTON, HAMPSHIRE
The Ranch Production House is based on a Farm in Southampton and has an epically large live room along with an equally spacious control room.
The studio boasts excellent outboard and an extensive microphone list along with more amps and snare drums that anyone would ever need!

STAKEOUT STUDIOS
HAMPTON, London
This is the studio where Chris ‘cut his teeth’ all the way back in 2007. Decimal Studios used to be located in Studio B of Stakeout Studios.
Stakeout is running Universal Audio interfaces, multiple different pre-amps and some classic outboard gear. There is also a great amp selection.
The large live room is complemented with three ‘dry’ rooms making if the perfect studio for live recordings.
Sadly Stakeout Studios closed it’s doors in 2022.
PANIC BUTTON STUDIOS
HAMPTON, London
Panic Button Studios is another studio with a large live room and control room. Great for bands of all sizes, including live recordings.
Most of the clients that have used this studio say that it’s ‘vibey’.
The studio is owned by Steve Lyons (Depeche Mode, The Cure).
KINGSWOOD STUDIO
RAYLEIGH, ESSEX
Kingswood Studio is owned and operated by Easylife Records and for the most part is a private studio. The studio was designed by Chris in 2019 and contains much of the Equipment from Decimal Studios old premises in Hampton.
The studio boasts an excellent live room that could be classed as ‘Albini-esque’. Large and very live.
