Online Mastering FAQ

How long will it take to complete my master?

All masters are completed within 24-48hrs from purchase, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Alternatively, get in contact via email to confirm availability before you place your order.

What format shall I send my files for mastering?

Please supply the files in WAV or AIFF format at whatever sample rate and bit depth they were recorded at. Please make sure there is enough headroom when exporting and remove any EQ or compression from your master bus.

How do I send the files for mastering?

You will need to provide a link to download your files during checkout. Common places are Google Drive, Dropbox and WeTransfer.
